Welcome to the Fusion 49th District
The Fusion 49th District is a vibrant new business initiative created through the collaborative efforts of Gulfport and St. Petersburg. This district aims to transform the 49th Street South area into a dynamic mixed-use zone, enhancing both cities by integrating residential, retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. Funded by the city of Gulfport and the South St. Pete Community Redevelopment Area, the project focuses on beautification, first responder services, and revitalizing local businesses, promising a bustling hub for community and economic growth.
